    What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

    • Prospecting/identification of potential clients using the SEMPAT electronic platform, or any other platform defined by the organization for data extraction and carrying out "market intelligence".
    • Evaluate and classify prospective accounts with market information and advice from the Finance department.
    • Visit your portfolio of existing clients and new previously evaluated prospects monthly to explore business opportunities, extract relevant data (origin, destination, TEUS, TONS, target rates) to start the quoting process, or simply to evaluate performance and implement possible improvements. (existing clients)
    • The executive must enter and maintain the data of their Potential Clients on a weekly basis in the CRM platform or any other platform defined by the organization and used in Schenker Chile S.A.
    • Obtaining costs through the use of TANGO and TOPS (RCM) systems, or any other system defined by the organization, or through contact with local or foreign Pricing units.
    • Generate quotes and send them to clients using a pre-established quote platform (SOFTCARGO / Quote / CRM / STAR) or any other platform defined by the organization.
    • Resolution of situations by telephone and escalation to area supervisors.
    • Maintain permanent contact with existing clients and new prospects via telephone or email.
    • Meet the KPIs that the company requires (visits, quotes, opportunities, GP, volume and revenue)
    • Request creation of clients and generate credit request in a timely manner, according to the policies and requirements established by the organization.
    • Responsible for delivering the correct information to the respective operations departments, creating BOI or SOP, entered in Softcargo or any other defined by the organization.
    • Plan executive visits to both potential and existing clients.
    • Sell all product services (FCL / LCL / FTL / LTL / Cross Border / Storage / Distribution) dedicating exclusively to the Land product.
    • Enter all relevant data into CRM.
    • Manage the database.
    • Provide feedback on improvements in the process you carry out.
    • Stay updated on new market trends.
    • Share information with colleagues to increase effectiveness.
    • Support marketing campaigns by visiting target customers.
    • Form professional and appropriate relationships with decision makers.

    Requisitos

    What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes

    • Experience of at least 5 years as a Sales Support, Indoor Sales Executive & Outdoor Sales Executive
    • Highly proficient in verbal and written English (Intermediate)
    • University professional in Eng. at Comex. - Marketing Engineer, Administration and/or Commercial Engineering Career.
    • knowledge of exports and imports (Air Freight)
    • knowledge in quotes (Pricing)
    • knowledge of the market and competence in the field and client portfolio.
