    Your tasks

    The Business Analyst takes business needs and requirements, refines, transforms them into viable specifications for IT solutions and defines acceptance criteria for the IT solution.

    The Business Analyst supports the assessment of business needs and enhances initial demand descriptions (e.g. by non-functional requirements, projects requests and business cases). The Business Analyst strongly cooperates with other IT roles and business to ensure successful IT project delivery.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Eliciting of business requirements and review of options with customers, business units, and end users to ensure complete testing with few defects or unexpected problems.
    • Analysis, and evaluation of business requirements and user needs
    • Design, preparation, and review of documentation of requirements and change management with business needs to ensure full understanding, and where needed, acceptance.
    • Compiles and elaborates functional and non-functional requirements
    • Explaining any technical issues or open questions to business customer.
    • Communication of business objectives to technical teams and technical solutions to the business customer.
    • Documenting and communicating all open issues or open questions about business processes or procedures to the team.
    • Configuring system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.

    Requirements

    • Min. 3 years working experience in similar position
    • Strong business, system and customer service orientation
    • Willingness to learn fast
    • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
    • Good knowledge of formalized methods for specification (e.g. Use Case Modelling,
    • Data Modelling, Interfaces)
    • Able to work well independently (self-starter), as a member of a team, and cross-functionally with multiple teams
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to check your own work and correct errors
    • Fluent in English language is a must


    Nice to have:

    • Experience with chatbots/voicebots concept documentation and in identifying processes fitting the technology and beneficial usage
    • Experience in working with Google Services (DialogFlow, Speech-to-Text, Text-To-Speech) and Azure Services
    • International environment working experience
    • AGILE environment working experience
    • IREB certification
