HR Specialist (Recruitment) - contract for 12 months

Join the internal P&O team as the HR Specialist to support talent acquisition, candidate experience and onboarding processes.

Your tasks:

• Handle end-to-end recruiting processes
• Track candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure that all data are up to date in the internal reports
• Liaise with Hiring Managers to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
• Advise Hiring Managers on the best practices and hiring strategies
• Use various sourcing methods to recruit and network with potential candidates
• Cooperate with vendors
• Work closely with other internal teams to ensure internal data quality in the reports, employee branding activities and other actions related to onboarding
• Ad-hoc support; development of recruitment initiatives, recruitment event support, sourcing information, research, data, and analytics

Our requirements:
* Proven 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the IT industry
* Fluency in English
* In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods
* Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
* Good Excel skills are a must
* Experience in an international environment
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates
* Self-motivation with a result-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities
* Open to working in the hybrid mode (office in Warsaw)
* Open for fixed-term contract (12 months)
