    Responsibilities:

    You will ensure data is entered and updated in the transportation management tool

    You will be in charge of preparing and verifying transportation documentation

    You will correct and amend the B/L approval together with the customer, the carrier and the bank

    You will follow up for vessel departure and update the transportation management tool

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
    Ability to work effectively in a customer driven environment, both individually and as a team player
    Self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous and result-oriented
    Fluent spoken and written English (academic qualification preferred)
