Infrastructure Support Specialist L2/spooling

Job Location: Gurugram, HR

Requirements:

Technical experience in working with print server- and printer technologies, including spooling, driver and firmware management, printer languages and protocols etc.

Technical experience in working with Windows server environment and databases.

Working knowledge of network and server security issues, protocols etc.

Knowledge about Azure Active Directory would be a plus.

Experience in technical testing executed in staged environments is a plus.

Intercultural competence and strong social skills are required as this role will actively work in an international team.

Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.

Experience of managing relationships with internal customers.

General knowledge on latest information technology trends and their potential application

Experience in working according to professional processes in the area of ITSM.

Understanding of- and experience from working according to relevant ITIL processes is expected, and experience from working in agile teams is a plus.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and logical thinking is required.

Good customer service skills and the ability to interact with users on all organizational levels is required.
