    What Will You Be Doing?

    As a Business Development Manager, you will:

    • Source, develop, and secure new land business from potential national and local key customers.
    • Collaborate closely with Product/Business Unit Management in Land to ensure a higher win ratio.
    • Make a significant impact as a sales professional in this superb opportunity.

    Requirements

    About You

    Do you possess the following qualities and qualifications?

    • Proven sales track record, consistently exceeding targets and onboarding major new business deals
    • Excellent industry knowledge within European Road Transport
    • Understanding of Customs Clearance and Incoterms.
    • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to identify and successfully close new business opportunities.
    • Exceptional organisational skills.
    • Proficient in written and spoken English.
    • Commercially aware and skilled in high-level negotiations.
