Solution Manager

• Demand management: review demands, proof of consistency, alignment with all project and product stakeholders.
• Understand and connect customers' existing business processes and technology to craft "as-is" and "to be" solutions and discuss a transition plan to create measurable business value.
• Create Technical Mapping Specification document to transform one integration message format to another.
• Request and Support EDI Implementations, System Integrations and Webservices.
• Designing complex solutions, onboard new and existing customers in Infor Nexus and eOrder (order processing management systems) and provide project updates to both internal and external stakeholders every day.
• Be a Technical consultant of the Project from initial stages until Go-live.
• Collaborate with multiple teams like Development team, IT, Global, Project Management & Software provider's Implementation team to guide and drive successful implementation within agreed timeline and budget.
• Verify Project delivery, Perform Functional Integration testing, assist in Customer UAT and monitor project go-live.
• Keep yourself updated on Release and Change Management with respect to all software providers.
• Provide 2nd level Support in case of troubleshooting and RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

• At least 1 year of experience in similar role
• Experienced in EDI (X12 & EDIFACT), IDOC, XML, JSON formats of integration messages.
• Experience with system configuration and impact analysis.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience working in Logistics area.
• Basic Understanding of Transport Management System
• Carrier Booking, BL issuance, Custom Documents
• Experience in providing 2nd line of support.
• Experienced in Infor Nexus software application and its product suites.
• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or another related field
