    Your tasks

    What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

    • Training Needs Analysis: Evaluate and analyze the training and skill development needs across the organization and provide actionable recommendations on how to implement these in effective training programs.
    • Program Implementation: Contribute to the design of training programs that address identified needs, including leadership development programs.
    • Virtual & Onsite Facilitation: Facilitate both virtual and face-to-face leadership development programs, ensuring high engagement and interactivity, especially for virtual sessions. Modern, dynamic approaches to training delivery are preferred over traditional classroom-style methods.
    • Global & Regional Rollout: Lead and support the rollout of global and regional training initiatives, with a focus on the LATAM cluster.
    • Leadership Development: Experience in facilitating leadership development programs, with a focus on virtual delivery.

    Requirements

    What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

    • 3+ years of previous experience in Training & Development. Strong background in assessing skill gaps and training needs within organizations, especially in the context of leadership development.
    • Facilitation Expertise: Proven ability to facilitate engaging virtual training sessions (preferred over traditional classroom formats) and, when necessary, onsite face-to-face programs.
    • Global & Regional Coordination: Experience in coordinating or contributing to global and regional training programs, particularly in the LATAM region.
    • Technology & Tools: Proficient in modern virtual facilitation platforms and techniques (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, other LMS and collaboration tools).
    • Advanced English level and Intermediate/Advanced Spanish level are required.
