Assistant Project Manager ECC

Your tasks

· Escalation channel from customer for irregular matters.

· Handle claims, complaints from customer.

· Prepare and implement the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure)

· DSO management

· Prepare monthly OPS reports, billing report

· Monthly/quarterly review meeting with customer

Requirements

Good communication skill

Fluently speaking & writing in Mandarin and English

University degree or equivalent, preferred in Logistics, International Trade

Mini·mum 5years working experience in freight forwarding company
