Business Development Executive-Land XMN

Your tasks

Responsibility for achieving BD targets. Ensure individual performance will be fulfilled.

  • Management and co-ordination of end-to-end business development process:
    • Proposal / Solution generation
    • Pricing / Tender management
    • Participate in regular meeting ( with client and relative teams )to review market dynamics and capacity fulfillment to adjust pricing strategy for RFQ and ad-hoc pricing request. Coordinate with various stakeholders to prepare pricing proposal and profitability projection, and engage with respective management for review and approval.

  • Create and maintain solution, distribute to the network/sales teams.

  • Identify and drive business opportunities and potential customers and building relationships through proactive & reactive business proposals

  • Overall objective of developing business development proposals with the aim of providing quality and innovative solutions against prescribed deadlines

  • Solution development and deployment in identified opportunity sectors


1 Bachelor’s degree or above in Rail / Logistics / Engineering related discipline
2 Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics industry
3 Ability to handle/manage conflicts with internal and external parties
4 Mature, resourceful, self-driven and high degree of professional integrity
5 Positive and convincing attitude, motivated and eager to gain business
6 Detailed-mind and strong mathematical
background to achieve precise and accurate results.
7 Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment
8 Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
9 Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PPT capability
