    Dine opgaver

    • Project implementations to cater to customers' requirement on Electronic invoicing submission particularly EDI billings.
    • Provides leadership and team management to cross functional project team members (Account Management and I.T.) to ensure that project timelines are set and communicated to meet customer expectations.
    • Review specifications from customers and establish mapping internally from transport management system to produce EDI as well as other required format of e-invoicing as output.
    • Work closely with I.T. for the technical aspect of the project development including mapping, change requests, master-file set-up / maintenance and testing.
    • Liaise with customers /3rd party pre audit company implementation team to align necessary set-up, EDI elements, UAT and go live.
    • Perform root-cause analysis of all EDI issues to ensure all information passed in UAT is correct and complete, before moving to production.
    • Coordination with all Schenker branches (Operations, Billing & Finance) who are responsible to invoice the customer electronically.
    • Documentation and SOP preparation for rollout to Schenker stations.
    • Conduct user training to all Schenker stations for usage of internal e-billing system.
    • Ad-hoc duties (system alignment, updates etc).

    Krav

    • Degree or diploma in Logistics or Finance
    • 2-3 years relevant experience in the logistics / freight industry with finance background is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge on Electronic Data Interchange is an added advantage
    • Should possess Project management skills, leadership and presentation skills
    • Proficient in English both oral and written
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work closely with parties both internal and external
    • Proficient in IT and Microsoft office applications
    • Analytical, Independent and team player
