    Dine opgaver

    As a Senior PMO, you will be a vital member of our agile team, reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager. You will coordinate of gathering information on strategic investments based on a clear understanding of cost, risk, inter dependencies, and impact on existing business activities, enabling measurement and objective evaluation of potential changes and the benefits to be realised.

    Main Tasks:

    • You implement, monitor and manage of operative and strategic portfolio planning (annual and quarterly planning)
    • You create visibility of IT project portfolio
    • You support of strategic investment appraisal and decision-making process based on clear understanding of cost, risk, inter dependencies and impact
    • You gather and report information on resource utilisation
    • You contribute to improvement of methods and procedures for portfolio management incl. operating framework
    • You escalate issues in terms of feasibility or resource availability
    • You're responsible for controlling tasks (planning, forecasting, reporting, etc.) in connection with the portfolio planning
    • You're responsible for updating the Portfolio Management Tool
    • You work in a young, international, cross-functional and distributed team and apply the latest methods of agile working

    Krav

    * You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher innatural sciences, computer science, business, or an equivalent education
    * You have excellent understanding about project and application life cycle and their financial administration
    * You're self-initiative, detailed-oriented with excellent analytical skills
    * You 're flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
    * You're Team player with very good communication skills
    * You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
    * You have excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
    * You have capability to effectively communicate and bridge between IT and business stakeholders
