Operational Controller (f/m/d)

We are looking for you as an Operational Controller for in Amsterdam.

Your tasks:
* You streamline our finance processes and ensure a good structure and process in our controlling division
* You lead our controlling division and take on leadership tasks
* You will oversee the financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and contribute to process improvement
* You work closely with colleagues in our operations and Administration and continuously improve the financial handling processes
* You are coordinating the month-end closing in collaboration with different stakeholders of the Business Unit Air NL
* You are a sparring partner for management
* You manage and monitor cost control and operational accounting
* You analyze the financial result against the established Budget and draw up plans to improve the financial result and monitor progress
* You develop and prepare periodic reports on operational volumes and activities, performance, KPIs and quality and you actively come up with proposals for improvement

Your profile:
* You have completed a university education in the direction of business economics/accountancy or similar
* You have proven experience as a (junior) operational controller, preferably within logistics or transport industry
* You have first experience in leading a team
* You have a great sense of responsibility, integrity and you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
* You have a good command of the Dutch and English language both in word and writing
