IT Security operation specialist

Job Location: Hyderabad

* Monitor the SCOUT system , daily on PAN India basis for updates

* Ensure accuracy and consistency of data quality and fix all errors

* Daily follow up with regions for SCOUT updates

* Generate daily reports for Purchase order(P.O),Shipping orders(S.O),Shipment plan(S.P), load plan manifestation,ISF creation and documents uploaded for all SCOUT customers.Having regular concalls with the shippers/consignee and Schenker overseas offices for streamlining processes

* Provide refresher SCOUT training to Ocean Exports twice in a year. Supplier trainings as and when required.

* Consolidating DSR of SCOUT customers ,attending calls updating and be aligned with KAM team

* Receive FCL statistics report from IT team in the beginning of every month for the shipments

* shipped in the previous month.This reports contains approximate 1500-1600 entries to be updated in OSP

* software.Modify the raw data and update the OSP software with required details.

* Prepare the monthly LCL report for co-loads and own console.Also prepare the TEU report and ensure that both reports tally.

* Prepare the monthly RFQ Report for all the RFQ's received by the team from sales and maintain the records.

* Administrative work:Flashnews.Maintaining Records of Bill of lading stationary.Other support tasks for rollout of newprojects in ocean operations

Graduation in any discipline.

A master's degree in business management is preferred.

Min 8 years of relevant experience.
