    Your tasks

    Responsibilities:

    *Ensures KPIs sources are functional anytime.
    *Monitors DQ dynamics and makes action plan for improvement.
    *Offers own ideas for processes improvement & automation.
    *Holds meetings to brainstorm the opportunities to improve processes.
    *Provides a final performance report on the training program adding recommendations for coming training directions.
    *Job shadows one team member with the lowest productivity performance for a month period. Issues final results report
    *Issues the internal complaint evaluation report based on the input collected from the involved parties.
    *Prepares the response & action plans to minimize the recurrence of complaints. Comprehensive understanding of processes & compliances is needed beforehand.
    *Releases the resolution notice to the complainant and monitors the execution of the action plan until the recurrence risk is minimized.
    *Reporting as a critical mean of communication. Major focus on: validating the data source, processing & compiling the data and the final form of presentation to beneficiary
    *Prepare the regular country meetings based on a complete agenda: new business, downsize, service upgrade, pilot, measurements,etc.

    Requirements:

    *Bachelor's degree required;
    *3 years logistics background and experience in a similar role. Evidence of a previous customer-oriented role is a plus;
    *Ability to manage high workloads by prioritizing Time-management skills;
    *High level of attention to details and accuracy correlated with good understanding of numbers;
    *Ability to work effectively in a customer driven environment, both individually and as a team player;
    *People skills, presentation skills and tailored communication;
    *Self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous and result-oriented;
    *High level of proactivity and flexibility;
    *Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.);
    *SharePoint, Power Bi and SBI knowledge;
    *Efficient communication skills, both written and verbal;
    *Fluent spoken and written English (academic qualification preferred);
    *Responsible for adequate stakeholder management;
    *Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt certification;
    *Rigorous and transparent working style that ensures efficient task completion;
