    Your tasks

    Ensure team member's compliance with all applicable DOT laws and regulations. Promote a culture of Safety that encourages safe driving and compliance with DOT laws and regulations. Reduction in CSA Basic Scores. Tasks & Responsibilities: * Monitor team member's compliance with all applicable DOT laws and regulations. * Promote a culture of Safety that encourages safe driving and compliance with DOT laws and regulations. * Maintain DOT regulatory compliance with the Hours of Service Program. * Maintain DOT regulatory compliance with Electric On-Board Recording Device Program. * Communicate directly with operational management specific action plans.

    Requirements

    Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills: * 3 years transportation experience, knowledge of DOT and FMCSA. * Computer literate, with the ability to grasp new programs and new applications. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and other applications skills. * Effective communication skills. * Knowledge and general understanding of all aspects of transportation logistics business. * Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience. * Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results. * Able to promote a culture of trust and safety.
