    Must-Have Skills and relevant experience

    • Successfully completed commercial or technical professional training in information technology
    • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
    • Strong organizational skills in managing priorities.
    • Experience in handling hardware/software rollouts.
    • Confident handling of ticket systems (e.g. Service Now)
    • Very good knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI
    • Structured, independent, solution-oriented, and efficient way of working
    • Analytical thinking and fast comprehension
    • Strongly developed self-organization skills and self-motivation
    • High customer orientation
    • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and high-performance orientation.
    • Excellent English language skills in written and spoken, additionally German would be an advantage.
    • Experience with O365 applications.

    Could-Have Skills and relevant experience.

    Desirable but not essential skills and qualifications.

    • Experience in the role of a Service Coordinator or Project manager in IT Network/ SD-Wan is a plus.
    • knowledge in project management would be advantage.
    • knowledge of Ariba is a plus.

    Education and Experience

    • Degree(s) required: Bachelor's in computer science/IT or equivalent.
    • Experience: 3-5 years' experience in PMO/SMO, IT support or rollout projects in infrastructure services. SD WAN rollout experience would be an added advantage.

    Technical Skills

    • ITIL
    • MS office, Power BI
    • Service Now
    • Procurement applications - Ariba (Desirable)
