Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in IT, general IT background is required
Experience with SQL.
Experience with ITIL Processes is an advantage
Experience in the freight forwarding industry or in an operation's role, project management or freight system management
Knowledge of Freight business process flows, and freight application business is a plus
The position requires inter-cultural competence & global thinking
Commitment on the service level agreement
Language skills - fluency in English (written and spoken)
